Westwood will host a clinic in the lower elementary building to provide athletic physicals for rising 5th – 12th grade students and, thanks to Archbold Medical Center and their providers, physicals are provided at no charge to the family. These physicals will be good for the 2024-2025 school year. Students participating in athletics at Westwood are required to have a current athletic physical and GIAA Concussion Form on file with our Athletic Department.
