DESCRIPTION:Westwood will host a clinic in the lower elementary building Thursday\, May 12 to provide athletic physicals for rising 5th – 12th grade students and\, thanks to Archbold Medical Center and their providers\, physicals are provided at no charge to the family.  These physicals will be good for the 2022-2023 school year. \nStudents participating in athletics at Westwood are required to have a current athletic physical and GIAA Concussion Form on file with our Athletic Department. \nThe required forms are on Bloomz and can also be picked up in the HS office.  Make sure all forms are completely filled out and signed before arriving.  \nScheduled times are listed below.  Do not arrive before your scheduled time. You will not be allowed to enter early. \nRising 5th & 6th Students AND brothers/sisters of current seniors:  5:15 \nRising 7th & 8th Students:  5:45 \nRising HS Students:  6:30
